Associate Director, Job Evaluation
Superb opportunity for an experienced Reward professional with strong job evaluation skills (must have extensive HAY experience) to join a market leading business who are currently undergoing a period of exciting change. The role will be for a minimum of 18 Months on a fixed term contract basis paying up to £85,000 per annum.
Providing input into the EMEA Reward strategy and plans, you will be responsibility for design, development and delivery of reward policies and processes, keeping up to date with market and business changes ensuring they remain competitive and attractive, driving colleague engagement in line with the HR and business strategy. You will be the subject matter reward expert, providing specialist support and advice as required to all stakeholders, to build effective working relationships to partner with Service Delivery, COE and HR Business Partners, understand their requirements and be accountable for developing appropriate reward interventions required to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance.
The suitable candidate will have in depth international reward management experience with strong customer focus in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural environments. It is essential you have extensive experience working with HAY including working with new HR systems and creating job.
