HR Business Partner
This is a very generalist role where you will be working with stakeholders throughout the whole business to drive performance, develop HR and drive business initiatives.
Our client is a super brand business based in the Bradford area.
- Drive the business strategy throughout the business.
- Oversee all sourcing and selection activities, talent pool solutions and processes in order to ensure the most effective approaches are in place;
- Support managers with sensitive issues and ensure that they are managed fairly and consistently.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes and initiatives in line with strategic direction, values and engagement activities;
- Up skill and increase capability within the wider HR team on advisory and generalist matters;
- Support hiring managers with sourcing the best talent in line with the business strategy to meet the future needs of the business;
- Excellent stakeholder management
