Senior Manager, Global Talent Management
Working for this global financial services organisation there is a need to recruit a high calibre Senior Manager, Global Talent Management to partner with leaders to deliver the leadership capability and pipeline of talent to achieve current and future business strategy.
Reporting into the Managing Director, Global Talent Management, you will partner with leaders of a defined global client group to deliver an integrated talent agenda aligned to strategy. Working alongside Senior HR and the Global Talent Management team to identify workforce requirements of the global business, you will put in place appropriate plans in order to identify talent and ensure there is a robust succession plan to address the business strategy.
You'll also roll out specific talent management objectives in partnership with the business including, development centres, 360 feedback and coaching, succession and career management, strategic resourcing support, strategic workforce planning, talent review and assessment, performance management, employee opinion survey, and assist with organisational development activity.
To excel, you will have proven expertise operating as a business partner with a strong talent management bias in a global blue chip environment. The role operates in an environment of rapid change, so you will have a responsive approach and an ability to make effective commercial judgements and plan and execute effective talent management interventions required to deliver the business strategy.
Commercially astute and with a passion for talent, you will have a highly developed influencing style, strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation. Relevant professional qualifications in Masters Occupational/Industrial Psychology, Org Behaviour etc and accreditations in psychometrics would be highly desirable to support your practical experience.
