Your new role
Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner for Corporate Services, this role is responsible for the coordination and administration of the centralised training and development programme for circa 1,200 employees. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all booking s for training courses including equipment, materials and participant bookings.
In addition, the successful candidate will liaise with external training providers and be responsible for maintaining the training database to record training attendance and produce reports as required. As an integral member of the training team, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve the training offering to staff to ensure that it is market leading.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within a Learning and Development capacity. The successful post holder will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for training and development.
