Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for an ambitious and organised recruitment specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid background in leading Talent Acquisition direct sourcing projects across the full IT spectrum covering all back office positions .

- Become a trusted business partner to key stakeholders.
- You will have the opportunity to play a key role within the talent and succession plan pipeline exercise.
- Work on all level role up to Executive senior level appointments
- Man manage full life cycle of Talent Acquisition process
- Work with senior hiring managers to understand vacancies, prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Conduct effective interviews alongside hiring managers.
- Using LinkedIn recruiter and other web based tools to advertise roles, source and shortlist candidates for roles.
- Previous recruitment experience in banking / financial services across all IT disciplines (bonus would be back office systems exposure)
- HIGH volumes through huge growth plans
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
