Senior Learning & Development Consultant - Asset Management
A global investment management organisation based in London is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join the L&D team. Reporting in to the Group Head of Learning & Development you will be responsible for working with the Heads of business and senior managers across the group to implement the learning and talent strategy, supported by a small team.
More specifically, as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing the L&D strategy across your client groups / business areas, working closely with the leadership team.
- Designing and delivering fit for purpose training working with external vendors and the business (e-learning experience would be beneficial).
- Managing L&D Projects such as LMS implementation, Talent, Succession Planning and Performance Management processes.
- Coaching the business.
- Facilitating workshops.
- Managing and developing members of the L&D team.
You will be an accomplished Senior Learning & Development Consultant or Manager ideally within a high touch financial or professional services organisation. You will have experience desgining and delivering training as well as managing L&D / Talent related projects. You will also be comfortable managing a small team. Degree and / or CIPD (preferred).
