Regional HR Officer
Our client, a well-known brand, are looking to add a Regional HR Officer to their existing team due to an internal restructure. Covering the South of the UK you will spend the majority of your time based in the Bristol office, travelling out to site when necessary.

You will be supporting the Regional HR Manager in the management of people issues across the region, ensuring commercial decisions are made in line with employment legislation.
The role of Regional HR Officer will see you closely partner the Area Managers within your remit, supporting them on all day to day HR queries. You will be the first point of contact and will be required to give solid advice and guidance in all areas of HR.
They have a Shared Service Centre along with a dedicated employee relations team so you will be required to pick up case management from manager level and above.
The role has a full generalist remit and will give you a real breadth of experience to help you further your HR career.
As the Regional HR Officer you will have experience of working in a fast paced, constant changing environment. You will be able to quickly and efficiently adapt to ever changing situations and will be able to think on your feet. A team player is required to fit in with the existing 'roll you sleeves up' mentality, the team are very supportive team and are willing to help you develop in any way they can.
You will be confident in dealing with a geographically dispersed workforce and will be an organised individual. A confident communicator who is used to dealing with varying levels of stakeholders will suit the position alongside someone who has strong case management experience.

- Base salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
