Regional HR Advisor
Our client is looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join their busy Central Bristol based Human Resources and Personnel team, covering office locations of Bristol, Swindon and Reading.
Our client is a leading Professional Services business in Central Bristol, with offices stretching the whole of the UK, who are offering with accountability and ownership across the three office locations. You will provide commercial and proactive support to the Southern regional offices.
As a key member of the South Region HR team you would provide a first class HR service by providing advice to managers and employees across three offices close to the M4 (and all manageable by public transport).
The remit of the role will focus on proactive HR support and advice to the client groups. The role will include leading on casework, including complex ER cases, recruitment, provision of management information/analysis, delivery of learning and development initiatives, and proactive projects.
The role will be split between three sites - Bristol, Swindon and Reading.
The Regional HR Advisor role is ideally suited to a CIPD part or fully qualified HR professional with some strong, proven experience providing a generalist advisory service within a professional or financial services multi-site environment.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years exposure to complex ER casework (investigating disciplinary and grievance cases, conducting redundancy and consultation), looking for a role where stakeholder management and relationship building is at the heart of HR. This role would suit someone looking to get involved in the more proactive side of HR.
