As a member of the UK HR team, you'll provide high level HR & Payroll, and advisory support, ensuring a professional and efficient HR & payroll service to all customers.Responsibilities:Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers, including policies, procedures, legislation, flexible benefits and recognition platform queries, performance management, grievance, disciplinaries, capability issues, holiday and maternity/paternity entitlements.Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.Support the HRBPs with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings.Support the relationship with our outsourced payroll provider.Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll.Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.Establish strong working relationshipsEssential experience required for the roleProven generalist HR experience.Experience of providing HR advice to employees.Relevant experience of working within a busy, fast-paced HR function.Good use of Micrososft Office Suite e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Experience and understanding of Employee Relations and HR policies and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised with a high level of accuracy.Flexible and able to adapt to continually reprioritise as necessary.Knowledge and experience of HR systems.Team orientated.Confidence to work across all levels of the business.Those on a short term notice or immediately available will be preferred for this role.
