The HR Business Partner leads and manages the people management related to their area as well as the change management projects in line with the Division Manager.

The HRBP shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery with his/her Division Manager.

HR Business Partner

- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in London
- Proactively contributes to define HR processes and supports their delivery on the client's side : performance review, salary review, people review, training plan
- Manages HR Projects within London (skills management, organisation etc)
- Builds a strong business relationship with the Division Manager / managers / employees in the relevant areas to improve work relationships and increase retention
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements necessary changes to cover risks
- Recruits personally some key positions and monitors recruitment partners
- Facilitates the management team in bringing best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Designs and maintains organisation vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
- Designs succession plans for key talent and key job positions
- Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
- Acts as the member of the HR Management Team


- Understanding of UK and French labour and employment law
- French language skills desirable not essential

- Technology/Media background desirable

- Operational and strategic HR experience

- Commercial acumen in a HR Business Partner capacity
- Project Management and Change Management skills
- Strong Time and Priority Management skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
