If you are looking to work in a sector that you feel is engaging and of real relevance to your life outside of work then this role will be of interest. The HR team have told me that working in this office in the City can be pretty exciting and very hectic!

This is a client facing, hands-on role and you will find that a number of your key stakeholders will need a level of support that you would not necessarily find in other sectors. Your client group works with creative businesses and engages with interesting, dynamic people some of whom you are very likely to have seen or come across on Television, YouTube, or even as an App on your mobile. The nature of the market means that they work with a number of dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial people with bright ideas that are looking to grow and evolve as quickly as possible. This gives you an opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic role, where you can add real value to your client group very quickly.

If you would like to find a role where you sit with the business and have visibility along with the ability to make an impact and affect change, then this my client is the ideal place to develop your career. The HR team has described the culture as being a relaxed office with a great team spirit. As well as being fairly hectic at times, they mentioned that the same could also be said socially, with plenty of events organised for the team to relax and let their hair down.

If you are still unsure whether to apply, then take a look at what else they can offer you:

  • Training & Development - as a member of the HR team you will feel truly valued and they will invest in your future offering exciting development opportunities which will enhance your technical, business and interpersonal skills. They run a comprehensive programme of professional and personal development courses.
  • Great Culture - when you join, you will become part of a team that strongly encourages individual thinking and an entrepreneurial attitude. The environment is friendly, stimulating and progressive.
  • Client Group - one of the great advantages of working for a firm this size is that you will be working for a wide range of clients and your visibility means that you are a true partner to the business, developing close relationships from day one.
  • Typical day? A typical day at my client is unheard of. Working with such a variety of people and colleagues allows you to experience something new every day. Professional, challenging, informative, exciting, knowledge sharing are some of the words they would use to describe their days.

I would be happy to provide a job description and more information on receipt of your application.
