Executive HR Assistant

A market leading Financial Services business are looking for a new addition to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a high performing HR function that are renowned for the service they provide and value they add to the rest of the business.

HR Administration Duties:

  • Recruitment and Onboardin
  • Preparation of offer letters, employment agreements and settlement agreements/ leaver letters, probation letters and maternity letters
  • Maintain and update the HR database
  • Provide benefit and payroll administration support (e.g. monthly payroll documentation, Eye Care vouchers)
  • Assist with performance reviews
  • Ad hoc MI reporting
  • Organising video conferencing for international meetings and interviews
  • Training database input for LAM invoices process

  • Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Extensive diary management for the HR Director
  • Internal meeting coordination, including arranging supporting documentation, conference calls, hospitality
  • External Meeting coordination, to include any travel, international travel, restaurant bookings
  • Support the team with meeting documentation: production and formatting, including presentations, performance management packs to accompany company appraisal process, departmental reporting,
  • Acting as a departmental point of contact and liaison, staff walk ins, graduate recruitment calls, policy and administration queries from internal clients
  • Answer telephones in a professional and timely manner, take accurate messages for the team and ensure these are passed on. This includes desk and phone coverage for colleagues during absences.

  • Essential skills/ Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an HR or demanding Executive Assistant role, ideally within the Financial Services industry
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (CIPD preferred, but not essential)
    • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
