Ashley Kate HR is pleased to be working with our client within the public sector in their search for a Digital Learning Designer.  This is an exciting opportunity for an expert already working in the training sector with a background in the design of e learning materials.  The purpose of the role is to provide effective training and development to ensure that all employees are and remain competent to carry out their roles.   Reporting to the digital learning manager you will design, develop and deliver digital learning content for use in specific learning programmes as well as produce multimedia content for a wide variety of digital projects including interactive assessments, workbooks instructional videos and narrated slides. 

Liaising with programme leads and their members you will plan and develop engaging, interactive and instructionally sound digital learning products and embed digital learning elements into curriculums.  

You will possess an excellent knowledge and be highly skilled in the use of multimedia production applications and hold a recognised qualification in design, delivery and training.
