A Commercial Real Estate business based in the West End of London now have an exciting role available. They are looking to hire a Recruiter to join the internal recruitment team.

It is essential that the Recruiter has experience in Commercial Real Estate.

We are looking for a TOP CLASS recruiter for this role. Candidates will be able to demonstrate stable CV's, experience of recruiting professional staff, strong stakeholder management skills, previous ATS systems usage, talent mapping, resourcing skills, use of social media, ability to write attractive job advertisements and a strong team ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely and building key relationships with hiring managers
  • Planning and creating the best candidate recruitment experience possible.
  • Seeking out the best talent in real estate
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Building talent pipelines
  • Recruitment marketing and advertising
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues both in the UK and Europe
  • Understanding recruitment data
  • Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Commercial Real Estate background either in internal recruitment or from an agency specialising in commercial real estate / property.
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems
  • The ability to write well written and attractive job adverts
  • Effective relationship builder with key stakeholders
  • An interest in the Property sector
  • Determination, passion and a desire to improve service
  • Ability to seek out the best talent
  • Prioritise workload
  • Manage time effectively
  • Be able to work under pressure
