HR Officer - Based Windsor - Salary Range £35,000 to £40,000, free parking - Permanent Role

Working within a global design and manufacturing organisation who have ambitious growth plans, in addition to the existing established business. With a mix of Head of Head Office, design and production you will be supporting a varied workforce of circa 100 people
Your new role
As HR Officer, you'll work with the business to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Working with the Leadership team you will drive HR practices and policies to help the business achieve it's growth.
Key areas of focus will be Recruitment/Performance Management/On Boarding and looking at training needs and planning/Employee Relations and the administration of the Benefits scheme
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR Generalist, ideally having some experience of working within a Small to Medium sized organisation, ideally degree or CIPD qualified
