This all-round generalist role will be based in London with quarterly international travel, working alongside the HR Director ensuring best practice is adhered to and the company culture is aligned to the business growth.
The role:
*Strategic business partner to Commercial, Corporate and Operations teams, (over 300 people globally)
*Manages a global team of HR Advisors
*Driving and managing global annual HR processes with support from local HR teams
*Implementation and roll out of all HR related systems, policies, processes and procedures
*Supports local HR with employee relations and investigations
*Owns and delivers the talent acquisition strategy for their business
*Strengthening the culture and driving engagement through performance & talent management, training & development using HR metrics to drive change
*Implementation of the compensation and remuneration strategy
Experience required:
*Proven experience in a senior HR role within a tech/digital/online business
*Experience in a global role managing and developing teams remotely
*Strong track-record as a HR generalist
*Experience in implementing HR systems and digital processes
