Interim Senior Staffing Coordinator
My client is one of the leading global Management Consultancies based in the heart of London; this is a unique opportunity to join a truly global firm.
They are looking to hire a Senior Staffing Coordinator whose role will be to play a vital link between the senior partners and the consultants, to optimise profitability and staffing levels.
The role includes:
- Working with consultants to ensure their needs are met
- Work with senior partners to optimise deployment of consultants to projects
- Balance the needs of partners, clients and consultants
Managing the junior secondment programme
- Managing the selection process for junior consultants
- Ensuring every consultant is kept in touch with and learning needs are met
- Degree level educated is a must
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience within a Professional Services environment
