My client is a commercial business based in Bedfordshire who are looking to hire a Graduate HR Advisor onto a 2 year fast track Graduate Scheme to become a future leader within their organisation. Reporting into an HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in delivering the HR Plan.
Supporting the HR team, key responsibilities will include: * Management of complex ER cases * Supporting national performance review activity * Co-ordinating global mobility activity * Coaching Line Managers to manage issues on a local level and reduce the number of cases arising * Assessing L&D requirements across the client group * Supporting various HR projects including Reward, Salary bench marking, Diversity and Employee Well being. * Analysing data obtained from the employee survey and translating into meaningful business proposals to drive positive change
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, have a proactive and flexible approach and be people orientated with the ability to communicate at all levels. You must hold a relevant HR related degree and CIPD membership would be highly beneficial.
