Interim Senior HR Assistant/Advisor - £22k
This is a great opportunity to join a leading professional services firm located in central Birmingham for a FTC until September 2018.
You will be supporting one of the busiest and demanding functional areas, so the ideal candidate will have over 12 months' experience in a broad generalist role encompassing all day to day HR duties including Recruitment, ER issues, queries on maternity/paternity, flexible benefits, sick pay, probation, performance etc.
Recruitment is particularly busy and accounts for c25% of the role including liaison with the recruitment team, hiring managers and organising offers etc.
The HR team are recognised for their efficiency, prompt responses and providing a 5* service to the business so the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate these characteristics and skills.
