Payroll & Benefits Manager - £50k to £55k + Bonus & Bens - Central London/City A leading Wealth Management Firm seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to take charge of their payroll and benefits offering and be the subject matter expert for the organisation. This is a sole role reporting into the Head of HR and the details are as follows: Three main payrolls UK, Jersey and PensionersBe the subject matter expert for all payroll, pensions and benefitsPrepare monthly HMRC paymentAnnual HMRC return including P60'sPrepare annual P11D documentsSubject matter expert for the Jersey payrollSubject matter expert for the Pensioner payrollPayroll accounting: Journals, reconciliations and the GLPensions and benefits: Liaising with the various benefits providers including renewals and negotiations (Medical Insurance, Dental Plan, Share Incentive Plans, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work, Gym Membership and STL)Auto-enrolment for all new starters, preparation of postponement notices, setting up new pensions accounts, liaising with the Investment Manager of the fund, preparation of leavers letters, transfer into/out of funds, liaising with Scheme Trustees and liaising with Auditors Long-term: There will be the scope to implement a new system and streamline proceduresTake a strategic stance with the payroll and work closely with the Head of HR This is a great role for the right individual and a position where you can really put your mark on a payroll and benefits offering.
