Artis HR are currently recruiting a HR Systems Analyst for an exciting business in Bristol, this is a 12 month ftc paying £25-30,000.
The role
*As HR Systems Analyst you will drive forward the migration of all people related data to a new global HR Information System. As the owner of all people related data and systems you will be a key enabler of change through the timely and accurately provision of MI and people related data to senior stakeholders across the business.
*Specifically, your duties will entail:
*Provides people related Management Information and analysis on request, to ensure business decisions are made based on accurate data
*Maintain global, regional and local databases for employee information, both as standard and ad-hoc requirements from People related projects or organisational change, to ensure that business decisions are made using accurate information
*Review, and make recommendations for change, all people data related processes and procedures. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and consulted with appropriately over agreed updates and changes, to fulfil legal obligations and to avoid operational risks.
*Maintains an accurate database of policies and procedures relevant to the business's employees, where possible directing employees to company information, or producing content highlighting differences to ensure that accurate and understandable information is presented to employees at all times
*Manages employee requests for HR administration services, directing to online services or task owners and follows up to ensure resolution of query
Delivers monthly overtime and on-call reports for UK employees to ensure regular and accurate payment

Skills, knowledge and behaviour
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in providing Data services either directly, or via a shared services function
Experience in data collation and presentation
Experience of overseeing data migration and new system implementations, ideally within a global, transnational organisation
Excellent written communication skills
Good Excel skills
Exceptional Customer Service
Ability to analyse large amounts of data and present in a meaningful way
Exceptional time manager, able to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Salary of £25k - £30k depending on experience
