HR Director - 9 month contract
Strategic HR director required with charity / not-for-profit experience for a 9 month contract for a Cambridgeshire based organisation.
This is a corporate leadership role working closely with Chief Executive developing the people strategy through a period of organisational and cultural change. The focus will be on leadership and management development, performance management, employee and volunteer engagement, learning and development strategy recognition and reward etc.
Essential requirements include:
- Not for profit experience ideally combined with private sector exposure.
- Exposure to working with an organisation with a heavy reliance on volunteers.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing people strategies and successfully delivering change at strategic and operational levels.
- Experience of operating at a senior level is essential, as is a professional approach with drive, strong influencing skills and resilience.
