A permanent, field based HR Advisor position.
A Generalist HR Advisor position covering multiple sites which will involve regional travel.
You will keep up to date on employment law, advise staff and management on ER issues, and manage stakeholders effectively.
* Strong (and up to date) Employment Law knowledge
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* Will have worked in an employee relations role
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ability to plan own diary
* Will have looked after multiple sites
* Ideally will have had exposure to either a retail (b2c) environment or worked in b2b
