As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for implementing the delivering the resourcing operating. You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment needs, advising and guiding the business through every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of the resourcing operating. You will liaise with Hiring Managers on recruitment needs, posting job adverts job adverts, reviewing and screening large volume of applications against set criteria, organising interviews. An efficient Talent Acquisition Manager will provide advice and guidance based on market conditions.

This is a true end to end Talent Acquisition Manager role so you should be someone who has a passion for sourcing talent and building relationships across the sectors you operate within.
