HR Manager Front Office
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading brokerages, located in the heart of the City of London. They are looking to recruit on a permanent basis a driven HR Professional to join their fast paced HR Team. The HR Manager is responsible for providing first class support to the Global Front Office functions that include our Energy and Metals businesses.
This is a hands on generalist role with responsibility for building effective relationships with stakeholders and managing all aspects HR Support to the Front Office businesses including the management of HR projects and initiatives.
Line manger responsibility for HR support.
- Generalist HR experience ideally within a fast paced, global organisation. Financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills- You need to be able to build strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders.
- HR Expertise across all areas of the employee life cycle (Recruitment, on-boarding, Employee Relations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
