Compensation and Benefits Manager
As an experienced compensation and benefits manager, you will join a small and inclusive team. This is a great combination of supporting your own division within a very experienced team working with the broader business.
This is an exciting time to join a business that is going through a period of change, driven by it’s phenomenal growth over the last few years. As an expert in your field, it is imperative that you build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a number of countries in order to support and influence.
As the only Compensation and Benefits Manager to work with this division, you will be required to be both hands on with elements such as the annual bonus scheme, but also involved within acquisitions, governance and offering expert advice. So this is a real mix of responsibilities and skills.
• A minimum of 5 years in a compensation and/or compensation and benefits role
• Good knowledge of job evaluation schemes
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close knit team
• Excelllent analytical skills
• Good influencing skills
• Excellent bonus scheme
• Friendly, fun environment
