My client are a luxury PR and communications agency based in West London. They require an HR/Recruitment advisor to join the business to cover maternity leave. The contract will be for 9 months.

The business are going through an extremely exciting time of growth; and this will allow great exposure within a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a HR background, in addition to management of recruitment.


Sole management of all vacancies within the business (low volume)

Liaising with agencies, and maintaining a strong relationship with them

Writing and positing adverts internally and on external job boards

Screening and interviewing prospective candidates

Liaising with hiring managers on process

Dealing with offers and the on-boarding process/inductions etc.


Assisting the HR Director with the streamlining of processes and policies

Involvement in projects surrounding the appraisal process

Creating a solid induction and exit interview process

Improvement of talent attraction

This role requires a candidate with passion and enthusiasm for luxury brands and a creative environment. Working on your own initiative is a must, in addition to having the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
