HR and Recruitment Advisor
My client are a luxury PR and communications agency based in West London. They require an HR/Recruitment advisor to join the business to cover maternity leave. The contract will be for 9 months. The business are going through an extremely exciting time of growth; and this will allow great exposure within a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a HR background, in addition to management of recruitment. Recruitment: Sole management of all vacancies within the business (low volume)Liaising with agencies, and maintaining a strong relationship with themWriting and positing adverts internally and on external job boardsScreening and interviewing prospective candidatesLiaising with hiring managers on processDealing with offers and the on-boarding process/inductions etc. HR: Assisting the HR Director with the streamlining of processes and policiesInvolvement in projects surrounding the appraisal processCreating a solid induction and exit interview processImprovement of talent attraction This role requires a candidate with passion and enthusiasm for luxury brands and a creative environment. Working on your own initiative is a must, in addition to having the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and the leadership team. As this role is a maternity cover, you must be immediately available to apply.
