Reporting into the L&D Manager you will work as part of the wider Learning & Development team and you will be responsible for assessing training needs across the business. You will work to understand where training is needed and develop and deliver necessary courses to enhance organisational capabilities. You will ensure that all training initiatives are focused and influential and you will evaluate the success of your training courses and consequently improve them if needed. Your key responsibilities will be to deliver induction training and soft skills training to new starters and make sure that their on boarding process is successful.
The ideal candidate will have a background with significant experience in developing and delivering training. You will either be in an L&D advisory position currently or a training role and you'll be passionate about L&D and keen to drive initiatives and make a difference to an organisation. You will be a driven individual who is inquisitive and always looking for ways to innovate and make your mark. You will have excellent communication skills, be very comfortable when presenting and proficient in delivering training to varying levels of individual.
