HR Business Partner
My client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join them in a multi-site role on a term time only basis or term time plus additional days. Excellent opportunity for a strategic and operational HR professional.
Our client is a leading Academy with a number of sites across the South East. This role covers sites in Kent only but will require some travel. They are offering a flexible working arrangement - either term time only or plus some additional days.
As HR Business Partner you will work closely with the senior leadership team, providing advice and guidance in a number of areas. Part of this will involve strategic planning on areas such as talent management and resource planning. You will also manage ER cases as required and will provide assistant and guidance on recruitment and performance management. In addition, you will also work with the wider HR team on organisation wide initiatives in areas such as employee engagement and learning and development.
In order to be considered for this HR Business Partner role you will be CIPD qualified and will ideally have gained some exposure within the Education or public sector. You will have gained a mix of strategic and operational HR exposure and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills.
Exposure to Unionised environments would be highly beneficial.
You will be required to travel to sites across Kent and so will require your won transport for this role.
Basic salary - up to £40,000 pro rata to term time only
