HR Business Partner
Badenoch & Clark is currently working alongside an innovative and esteemed company based out of Crawley towards the appointment of an HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive TUPE experience to implement their knowledge within a company that place a huge amount of credence on their HR function.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be primarily responsible for leading a large TUPE transfer for the company. As such, you must have demonstrable prior experience within a similar role whilst maintaining a meticulous eye for detail. This role will require travel up to 3/4 times a week so the suitable applicant must hold a valid UK driving license.
*Must be a focused TUPE expert with an extensive knowledge of current employment law.
*Required to engage with senior stakeholders across the business. As such, you must have an exemplary communicative capacity.
*Work collegiately with the wider HR team to ensure that all company practices and procedures are adhered to.
*Experience of mobilising a large number of employees for integration within the company as part of a new contract won by the company.
*Must be pro-active and show a conscientious approach to actively managing HR aspects of the project.
*Ad-Hoc responsibilities as required.
*Must hold a professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent).
*Demonstrable prior experience within a similar function.
*Extensive knowledge of TUPE and all legislation surrounding it.
*Must hold a full UK driving license as travel will be required.
*Exposure to a unionised environment is beneficial
