Head of Organisational Development
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Head of OD/L&D to join a large organisation to take ownership of the OD and L&D function, with a real focus of leadership management, culture change and managing a small L&D team. This is great role whereby you would have a real focus on strategy but following up with hands on delivery.
A large, well-known organisation based in Yorkshire.
The main responsibilities of the role are to lead Organisational Development and L&D function and agenda across the organisation, through restructures, leadership development, culture change.
Alongside the wide range of People Development activity is an exciting Organisational Development agenda and you will work on key OD initiatives and transformation programmes, influencing, coaching and challenging to foster a high performance culture and excellent leadership capabilities that will support the delivery of the organisation's 2025 Corporate Strategy and beyond.
My client is looking for ideally, a start in September.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in designing and delivering creative learning, development, engagement and talent projects and interventions to support achievement of our new People strategy. Resilient and pragmatic, you will have significant experience within a large, complex, people intensive organisation.
Masters qualification or equivalent and experience in HR & OD, CIPD qualified and/or a coaching qualification are essential.
