HR Officer - Standalone
This is a Standalone role were you will have full responsibility for the HR support for c.100 employees based across serval sites within the London area. This is a generalist operational role that will focus on:
You will provide a professional and pragmatic ER service, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures ensuring they operate within the relevant HR policy. Any complex matters that arise you will take the lead.
They currently have a 5 year growth plan in place, you will play a crucial part in achieving this. In order to do this you will work closely with line managers to develop job descriptions, create job adverts, shortlisting, leading first stage interviews.
They want to ensure employees are at the forefront of everything they do, you will develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees and analyse the information to make positive changes.
This is an exciting time to be joining the company, they are at the start of their growth plans and you will lead the company in to this.
The ideal candidate
• Must be confident to work in a standalone role
• Strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent would be an advantage
