The role will be based within the HR team and will be to provide a professional and quality compliance support service to the HR team, internal clients and third party members.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to the HR Shared Service team regarding day to day rights to work queries
  • Creating and maintaining Tier 2 supporting packs in line with Home Office Requirements
  • Carry out monthly audits to ensure workers are eligible to work in the UK
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all key internal contacts and third parties
  • Ensure the implications of the Data Protection act are considered at all times
  • Support Compliance Advisor with tasks

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written, telephone and face to face communication skills
  • Experience of working with Tier 2 Visas and rights to work documents
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong IT skills
