Reward - Job Evaluation Associate Director
A Pharma organisation based in Surrey is currently looking for an Associate Director, Reward and a Senior Reward Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Reward, the Associate Director with look after a population of c. 6,000 across EMEA and be responsible for leading on a job evaluation project. Key requirements:Work closely with the Head of Reward, Reward AD's and HRBPs across EMEA to design, develop and deliver the organisations reward strategyTake the lead on a job evaluation and grading project, designing, developing and managing the job evaluation policies and processes, guiding and training HRBPs on Hay evaluationOwn the grading and job evaluation for Manager and above roles across EMEABe a reward subject matter expert and provide sound advice to stakeholders and HR colleaguesSupport with the effective delivery of reward cyclesProvide assistance to Analysts and Specialists in the team where necessary This role could be suitable for a job evaluation specialist looking to broaden their knowledge across the reward function, or for someone who already has reward experience and wants to specialise.
