Our client, a multinational energy business, is looking to recruit an HR Advisor as they go through a period of positive change. Following the acquisition of several businesses, they need an Advisor to work with the business and offer an excellent HR service.
Working with the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor, you will provide HR support to all staff across the business. Supporting the offices in London and Norwich, the role will consist of both operational HR and some project-based elements. You will assist with employee lifecycle work, process monthly payroll, liaise with recruitment agencies and arrange interviews and coordinate training for the business. You will be the first point of contact for the employees and lead on absence monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a Generalist HR role previously, either at Officer or Advisor level, have worked with an outsourced payroll and be comfortable working on all areas of generalist HR. You will be proactive, organised good communication skills and have worked in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have worked in the Oil & Gas industry.
