HR Business Partner (Financial Services)
A global financial services business, based in the City, has a new role for an HR Business Partner with a strong operational background to join them on a long term contract basis.
Working as part of a small HR team supporting a London population of circa 500 employees, this role will have end to end operational responsibility for the full HR life-cycle, including all aspects of performance management, talent development, employee relations and compensation rounds.
Candidates must have experience of supporting a client group with operational and strategic HR initiatives, working at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level from within the financial services sector - investment banking preferred.
