Senior HR Advisor
Our client, a multinational energy business, is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor as they go through a period of positive change. Following the acquisition of several businesses, they need a Senior HR Advisor to work with the business and offer an excellent HR service and support any future M&A activity.
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, you will support the development and management of a diverse staff group who are driving the growth and success of a new division within the business. Focussing predominantly on the UK, you will work with the international teams and across the business. You will work on operational HR, project-based work and also playing a key part of any M&A activity. The role will work across the whole generalist remit, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and HR reporting. You will business partner the supervisors and managers around performance management, employee relations issues and coaching and mentoring.
You will have worked in a generalist HR role and have good knowledge of employment law. You will have experience of working in M&A and restructuring activities, as well as being comfortable with all areas of HR. Stakeholder relations are important and you will be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
