Interim Payroll & Benefits Consultant (Banking)
My client, a leading International Financial Services firm with UK offices in the City of London are looking to appoint an Interim Payroll & Benefits Consultant to join them ASAP.
This role is standalone and will report to the Head of HR EMEA, it is essential the successful candidate has proven experience in reviewing and making recommendations to streamline and improve the payroll and benefits systems and processes. The client is looking for experience within Financial Services and good working knowledge of ADP.
The Head of HR EMEA is keen for the successful candidate to undertake a review of all of the payroll and benefits systems and processes and then make recommendations on how they can be streamlined and work more effectively for the business. It is essential the interim coming into do this has payroll experience in multiple countries and a full understanding of latest payroll technology.
