Interim HR Project Support
An exciting merger is taking place in the City and the HR integration team are looking to hire an experienced interim HR project support to work closely with them in a crucial part of the programme. This role is to start ASAP and for 3 months initially, it will report to the Head of HR and work with the HR Change lead. This role needs someone with proven experience working in a fast paced, political environment on HR change projects.
Ideally the successful candidate will have an HR generalist background but have a strong knowledge of payroll and benefits as this part of the project will be focusing on harmonising and integrating company benefits as well as coordinating with the Finance function on the outsourced payroll. A proven analytical approach with strong Excel experience is also highly desirable.
Experience of process mapping and Visio would also be an advantage.
This is a great opportunity to work with and learn from an extremely talented and experienced transformation team, it will be paying a day rate and could possibly extend beyond the initial 3 months.
