HR Advisor (Generalist)
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer within a large Peterborough based organisation.
This is a very generalist role supporting a diverse client base and the Senior Management Team.
You will be building effective relationships with managers to ensure HR best practice and advising and coaching managers on a full range of employee relations issues including; Performance Management, Absence Management, People Strategies, Grievances, Disciplinaries and Recruitment.
You will be presently working in a similar position and be able to hit the ground running.
