To provide end to end recruitment support across all digital, marketing and creative roles across the business

Description

  • To take the lead and responsibility for recruitment within the business
  • To liaise with managers with regards to recruitment briefs, agree job requirements/specifications and confirm the recruitment process
  • To capture all job requirement information on the recruitment databases
  • To source candidates using a range of recruitment tools
  • Searching and sourcing candidates from online recruitment databases
  • Advertising on a number of specialist online recruitment web sites
  • Managing introduction schemes
  • Internal advertising
  • Liaising with third party suppliers including running agency briefings as required
  • To source through direct methods to avoid agency fees
  • To pre-screen candidates either by phone or face to face
  • To conduct both behavioural and competency based interviews
  • To offer permanent jobs to candidates and ensure the Admin team receive all appropriate information in order to produce permanent employment contracts
  • To source and on board temporary workers
  • To continuously challenge recruitment processes and methods to ensure up-to-date industry tools are available
  • To adhere to all current employment legislation
  • To continually monitor and update benchmarking for all salaries and remuneration packages for all skill levels
  • Work closely with HR on redeployment, succession planning and recruitment activity

Profile

  • Experience in a recruitment role within the creative/digital industry
  • Experience of sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including head hunting
  • Ability to influence managers on process
  • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of working with bespoke recruitment databases
  • Advanced web searching skills and familiarity with recruitment web sites & social media
  • Financially aware and proficient
  • Enjoys working within a dynamic, results driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment (internal or external)
