One of the leading global law firms with lawyers located in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific are looking to recruit an experience Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor to provide dedicated support to UK-based client groups across multiple cities and manage the end-to-end junior talent recruitment and all associated activities, initiatives and programmes.

This role will require significant and regular travel across the UK.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment of junior talent into client group(s) across the UK

  • Stakeholder management of key relationships across appointed UK offices
  • Management of University relationships and campus activity
  • Project management of strategic programme initiatives (e.g. Insight Days, Vacation Scheme)
  • Involvement in design of marketing and attraction materials
  • Budget management, invoice management
  • Management of relationship(s) with key Business Sponsors, HR colleagues, Marketing colleagues, external vendors
  • Active member of International Graduate Recruitment Team

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Previous experience of end-to-end graduate recruitment cycle required (e.g. screening candidates, administration and analysis of psychometric testing, running Assessment Centres, delivering feedback)

  • Knowledge of the UK academic system required, with preference for Global or European experience
  • Established working relationships with Careers Services required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of managing data and production of reports
  • Previous knowledge and demonstrable experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems systems
  • Previous experience of working in a complex, global environment, and demonstrated success of delivering change
  • Ability to think strategically, whilst pro-actively delivering hands-on results for clients
  • Active participant in industry networks
  • Previous experience of running campus diversity initiatives
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
