Working with a well-known Leeds based organisation looking to a recruit a confident HR Administrator to their Leeds office. Due to internal change the organisation are looking to supplement their HR function with an additional HR Administrator.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR Administration activities. You will ensure all information held on the HR system is accurate and up to date, processing information in line with the organisation's policies and employment legislation. You will act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, supporting line managers and employees with key employee relations issues such as sickness absence, maternity and paternity leave, disciplinaries and grievances. Keeping up to date with HR best practice techniques you will communicate efficiently and accurately with a range of key internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this varied HR Administration opportunity you will have previous experience working within a HR function. With an understanding of key employment legislation you will be an excellent communicator both written and verbally. You will work collaboratively with the team supporting the business to complete wider HR strategies and goals. Organised and with a keen eye for detail you will be confident representing the HR function across the business and managing your own workload.
