This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor with Reward experience to join this National Charity on a 6-month fixed term contract. It is essential that you have Reward experience.
The role will primarily focus on job evaluation and benchmarking to support the Organisation being recognised as an employer of choice.
You will be a strong communicator with a hands-on approach to delivering a first-class service to their customers. This is a real opportunity to further develop your existing reward skills, gained either as a reward specialist, or as a HR generalist in a position with a reward focus.
Typical duties will include:
*Delivering our job evaluation process
*Conducting salary benchmarking and salary surveys
*Ensuring external research and insight from exit questionnaires and staff surveys is collated, to inform reward and recognition activity.
