This role is to support the Reward Manager by being the first point of contact of reward queries, analysing data whilst supporting them with general BAU activities. You will also partner with the wider HR team as and when to provide extra support.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in the education sector would be desirable
• Excellent analytical skills
• CIPD qualified would be desirable
