I have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join this successful and growing commercial organisation to cover the North West. Reporting directly into the HR Director in this standalone role, you will need to enjoy working at pace and have demonstrable experience working as a HRBP

Duties will include:
*Build credibility of the HR Function through close and effective liaison with employees and managers, understand the business needs and issues in relation to HR and contribute to their resolution. *Embedding activities to include, talent and succession, developing manager capability through coaching and driving engagement and cultural initiatives.
*Manage and deliver continuous improvement HR projects in line with the business strategy and HR Key Performance Indicators.
*Supporting the business through organisational restructures and change such as mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have proven HR experience at a Business Partner level working in an autonomous role. Covering multiple sites, you will possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills to effectively balance your workload. You will be able to demonstrate the personal qualities of resilience, mobility and flexibility in what is a demanding and varied role with many day-to-day challenges.
