HR Business Partner
Working for this luxury retail/hospitality brand, there is a need to recruit a high calibre HR Business Partner in a newly created role.
This role will work with, and support the HR Director to deliver an integrated people strategy. Key areas include the introduction of a structured workforce planning process, building succession and talent planning, as well as strategic hiring and resourcing, and driving employee engagement and wellbeing.
A commercial HR business partner, you will offer a pragmatic and solutions oriented approach to reflect the cultural dynamics of an organisation experiencing growth. It is essential that you have a proven operational generalist HR background with good experience in employee relations, performance management and succession planning.
It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in luxury retail / hospitality or retail environments where high touch customer service is a prerequisite.
