Junior Learning & Development Manager
I am working with a law firm who are looking to recruit a new Learning & Development Manager into their team. This is a fantastic role for someone who is currently operating at the advisor/senior advisor level and who is looking to take their first step into an L&D Manager role.
The firm are at a really exciting point and have recently implemented various new initiatives and programmes and there is clear buy-in from the business. This role will be involved in all delivery, design, analysis and evaluation, and will also supervise two junior members of the team.
To be considered for this role, you must have L&D experience and ideally this will come from a law firm. Other partnership environments and professional services will also be considered.
