Benefits and Governance Manager
A superb opportunity with a global financial services business has arisen to work in their multi-faceted Benefits Team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing policy, design, infrastructure and risk manage across EMEA, whilst reporting in to the Head of Benefits for International. You will have access to working on some large scale and important projects, whilst keeping your hand in BAU and operational duties within core and life benefits, whilst assisting on pensions governance and supporting the wider team.
In this complex and challenging role, you must have previous experience in benefits, ideally in financial services. You must have had exposure in a similar environment and ideally in a heavily matrixed organisation. You must have superb interpersonal skills and be able to develop relationships, particularly with external vendors and internal stakeholders, whilst being able to manage your time efficiently. You will be adept at working in a large team, however at times you must be able to work to tight deadlines, often independently.
