Learning & Development Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large well known charity who are looking to appoint a Learning & Development Partner to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the L&D plan that builds organizational capability, supports continual performance improvement that will drive consistency and a positive shirt in culture and ways of working. The role will report to the Head of People and be based in their Central London office. To apply for this position you must have a clear DBS check issued within the last 2 years. Main Responsibilities1) Deliver the L&D offer ensuring it meets the needs of the business and support our culture and values2) Support the business with conducting learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps3) Work with our L&D Preferred supplier list to provide creative and cost-effective solutions to learning needs4) Manage the day-to-day L&D core serviceTo be successful for this position you should have significant experience within the L&D function including diagnostic, design and delivery of initiative. You should have a keen interest in working in the charity sector.
